Week 7: Wiktionary code re-structuring and new fast feature extraction

This week remained mostly about controlling the quality of Wiktionary code. Editing huge Javascript files soon gets out of the hand and Wiktionary gives out just a single file (common.js) for inclusion.

1. Removed the clutter from common included files
2. Moved library and static code to separate files
3. Started implementation of new feature extraction method James proposed (Will be complete by Wednesday).
4. Made changes to recorder interface from consumer logic to async calls (feels better control).
